Do you deliver your own orders? Market Sync orders can now be sent straight to Rondeo, a delivery and field-service planner, through a custom integration. Orders from your marketplaces end up in your delivery planning automatically, so there is no more copying addresses and order lines by hand.
How the Rondeo integration works
Market Sync already imports orders from marketplaces such as Amazon, bol.com, Kaufland, OTTO, Etsy and Praxis and syncs them to your online store. With this integration, those orders are also pushed to Rondeo’s integration API, where they land in the unplanned list, ready to be scheduled for a driver and a day.
- Marketplace orders are sent to Rondeo as soon as Market Sync imports them
- No duplicates: Rondeo’s API is idempotent, so an order that is sent twice is only created once
- Order data is mapped to the way you work in Rondeo, since every setup is configured per customer
What you can do with your orders in Rondeo
- Plan the week in a drag-and-drop planner and sort stops with one click on the shortest route
- Set up recurring orders for customers who get regular deliveries
- Give drivers a mobile app that works offline and records delivered quantities, signatures and failed delivery reasons
- See live driver positions during the day
Who is this for?
The integration is useful if you sell through marketplaces but handle delivery yourself, for example with bulky products, local delivery or deliveries combined with installation or service visits. Instead of exporting orders and re-entering them in a planning tool, your marketplace orders flow directly into your delivery planning software.
Getting started
Because every delivery operation is different, the Rondeo connection is set up as a custom integration. Email us at [email protected] with the marketplaces and store you use and how you currently plan your deliveries, and we will help you set it up. Developers can find the technical details in the Rondeo API documentation.
